Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need for my first class?

We ask ALL new clients to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their first class. This allows time to park and locate our studio. It also gives our team time to orient the client to the studio, equipment and our method in order to have a safe and empowering first experience. We have a water dispenser and water bottles to purchase. We also provide sweat towels and socks are mandatory for safety and sanity reasons, they can be purchased in studio. Please call 818-207-2857 if you have any questions.

Don’t be alarmed if you can see a limited schedule. Our schedule goes live Sunday at 12 pm. At this point all clients will have access to the next two weeks of classes. We highly recommend setting an alarm and having credits in order to book your sessions.

Each class has the same intention to empower and connect the body-mind-soul. How you get there will vary from day to day. We generally warm up together and then break off into circuit stations, working on and off the reformers. Expect to experience a little bit of everything in your classes; yoga, pilates, cardio, somatics, dance, weighted strength training, stretching and meditation.

Our “Empower 50” is a 50 minute experience and our “FIUF” and “Saturday Service” is a 60 minute experience. All classes are for all levels of fitness and equipment experience.

Our team is well trained in injury modifications however, contact the studio if you have any preexisting injuries, we will be able to better assess and guide you.

We abide by a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, all clients are subject to a fee in addition to the loss of a class credit. Please be mindful of your schedules and look out for confirmation and reminder emails.
